The EU and comparative law issues and challenges series (ECLIC) are the series of conference proceedings that are peer reviewed and specialized in EU and comparative law and policy.
The purpose of the series is to publish high quality, peer-reviewed legal research among all areas of law which are critical, multidisciplinary, realistic and regional. Nonetheless, the editors recognise that significant legal questions can be answered only in a wider political, economic and social context.
This website forms an integral part of the EU and comparative law issues and challenges series and full-text articles of all are available here in the archive.
