Members of the Legal-economic clinic

In the academic year of 2014/2015 the Legal-economic clinic had 84 students from the Faculty of Law and 46 students from the Faculty of Economics. In this academic year, 2015/2016, that number has been reduced and the Legal-economic clinic has 60 students, 37 students from the Faculty of Law and 23 students from the Faculty of Economics.

Clients in the academic year of 2014/2015

In the academic year of 2014/2015, the Legal – economic clinic solved 30 cases. 15 Clients were existing enterpreneurs,  12 Clients were not enterpreneurs and 3 Clients were start-up enterpreneurs.

Problems in the academic year of 2014/2015

6 cases in the academic year of 2014/2015 were multidisciplinary. 19 Clients had legal problems and only 3 Clients had economic problems. 2 cases in the academic year of 2014/2015 were not defined by students.

6 Clients in the academic year of 2014/2015 were Limited liability company (Ltd.). 5 Clients were Simply Ltd. and 3 Clients were crafts. Only one Client was unlimited partnership and one was union according to their legal form.
