Boris Ljubanović, PhD, Full Professor
Born on April 6, 1974 in Osijek, where he finished primary and secondary school. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Osijek (1997), obtained his master's degree (2001) and his doctorate (2005) after successfully defending his doctoral dissertation entitled "Problems of determining the competence of state administration bodies in the execution of criminal sanctions". As an excellent student he received several awards during his graduate studies (dean, rector, Lions club). He was a scholarship holder of the prestigious Zlatko Crnić Foundation from Zagreb. He got a job at the Faculty of Law in Osijek in 1998, first as a research novice, and then as an assistant for the subject Administrative Law. Passed the bar exam (2003) Since 2005, he has been a consultant to the World Bank and the Central State Administration Office on public administration reform projects.

Head of the Department, in two terms a member of the Main Committee for the field of law (convocation 2017-2021, 2021-2025) and Vice President for Technological Development and Innovation, then appointed in 2021 as an external member of the Parliamentary Committee on Justice of the Croatian Parliament, member of the Scientific Council for Public Administration, Judiciary and the Rule of Law. He is a member of the Institute of Public Administration (IJU), the Croatian Institute of Local Self-Government (HILS), and the Croatian Academy of Legal Sciences. Speaks English.
Ana Đanić Čeko, PhD, Assistant Professor
Born in Našice on February 27, 1985, where she finished primary and secondary school. She enrolled at the Faculty of Law in July 2003, where she graduated in early October 2008 with a dissertation that was assessed as "successful with honors". During her studies, she was a scholarship holder of the Ministry of Science, Education and Sports for gifted students, a member of ELSE and the Law Clinic of the Faculty of Law in Osijek, and a member of the Student Leader Club.
At the end of December 2008, she was employed as an assistant at the Department of Administrative Sciences (Administrative Law and Administration) in the subject Administrative Law (later the Department changed its name to the Department of Administrative Law). Actively participates in the preparation and holding of seminars, lectures, exams, colloquia and exercises in courses at the Professional Administrative Study, Integrated Undergraduate and Graduate University Study of Law, University Undergraduate Study Social Work and Specialist Graduate Professional Study of Public Administration, postgraduate Faculty of Law in Osijek and at the Administrative Studies at the L. Ružička Polytechnic in Vukovar and the Polytechnic in Požega. She is a mentor to students at the Legal-Economic Clinic and the Green Legal Clinic.
She completed the Postgraduate Doctoral Study in Legal Sciences (Public Law and Public Administration) at the Faculty of Law University of Zagreb. She received her PhD on October 7, 2016 with a doctoral dissertation entitled "Appeal in Administrative Disputes in Croatian and Comparative Law" under the mentorship of Assoc. dr. sc. Marko Šikić. She passed her doctoral exams with an average grade of 5.00.
She is a member of the Institute of Public Administration (IJU) and the Croatian Institute of Local Self-Government (HILS). Since 2020, she has been an external associate of the Croatian Academy of Legal Sciences.
She won the 'Eugen Pusić' award for the best work in the category of young scientists in 2020 for the second best work entitled "Review of the historical and legal development of legal protection through an appeal in an administrative dispute in Croatia."
She is the winner of the Green Charter of Osijek-Baranja County for 2021, as a sign of recognition for her contribution to environmental protection and ensuring and improving the quality of life for the benefit of present and future generations in Osijek-Baranja County.
