Jean Monnet Chair event – International Scientific Conference „‘’Procedural aspects of EU law’’ that will take place on 06 and 07 April 2017 at the Faculty of Law Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek.   

The Conference will cover different aspects of EU procedural law ( questions relating to new trends in Judicial system of the EU, EU Civil law and procedure, EU Criminal law and procedure, EU Administrative law and procedure and International public and private law issues related to the EU and EU Constitutional law) as well as case-law of the Court of Justice of the European Union, European Court of Human Rights and global trends in the field of EU law.
