Doctoral study programme

A list of professors who teach at Doctoral Study Programme can be found HERE.

Teachers are active scientists who publish their scientific papers and attend international conferences. In the past five years, our teachers have attended 157 scientific conferences – an average of 4.48 conferences per teacher, and they have published 308 papers (including books and chapters in books), or 8.8 papers per teacher. These data refer only to papers of our own teachers.

From the lowest level of higher education, our Faculty systematically cares about recruiting the best personnel. Our best students are therefore included into the teaching process at the integrated study as demonstrators; they participate in the work of the Law Clinic, attend students’ competitions and publish papers either alone or with their mentors. These students are also offered additional contents for the development of their generic skills, such as workshops for the development of project proposals or workshops for searching and use of various databases. Such involvement during the studies gradually grows into the involvement at the Doctoral Study Programme.

For better international visibility, the Faculty encourages its staff members to publish their works in foreign languages; so far, the Faculty has published 10 monographs / conference proceedings in foreign languages and it is financing the publishing of three periodicals in foreign languages. All of the Faculty’s online publications are accessible in the Croatian web archives: http://haw.nsk.hr/.They were also posted on Zenodo at https://zenodo.org/ (open access to books), and they are automatically available at OpenAIRE https://www.openaire.eu/.
