It is possible to arrange an appointment with the clinicians, within or outside of the scheduled working hours, as needed by the user and the clinician's availability.

  1. The Green Osijek Association. The person on duty fills in the call application form (First and last name, address and Subject during the first contact are taken by the person on duty on the Green Telephone, description, location  and the category of the case reported). If the call is solely of an advisory nature, the resolution of which is possible in the short term and within the Green Osijek team, the case will not be forwarded to the Green Law Clinic.
  2. In the case of a more complex case, the Green Telephone attendant will forward the completed form to the Green Law Clinic team. Within the team, the case is forwarded to the mentor and students covering the area to resolve the particular case

  3. Mentors generally attend working group meetings, but their role is limited to monitoring and stimulating discussion, care for procedural issues, and evaluation of individual student contributions. Mentors should encourage active and independent individual research and responsible collective work by working groups and refrain from ultimately providing legal assistance instead of the students.

Based on the decision of the working group, the clerk takes the necessary actions (e.g. completes the text of legal advice) and contacts the user. Legal assistance provided is referred to at the next working group meeting, after which it is decided whether to proceed further in the case or to close the file.
