INTEGRATED UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE UNIVERSITY STUDY PROGRAMME OF LAW

Academic title acquired upon the completion of the study: magistar/magistra prava - mag. iur.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

The study lasts five years during which a student earns 300 ECTS credits. The study is realized through 10 semesters.

Intergrated Undergraduate and Graduate University Study Programme of Law is completed by passing all exams and successfully preparing and defending of a diploma paper in accordance with the Study Programme

The study develops the student’s abilities to acquire information and to communicate, ability to draw logical and juridical conclusions, as well as written and oral expression skills. In the course of the study, the student acquires professional terminology in one foreign language and basic computer literacy. With the completion of the study, the student acquires fundamental competences to autonomously work as a lawyer. The students are trained for: independent performing of judicial functions in court organs, in public prosecution, and in administrative bodies; independent providing of services as advocates and notaries public; independent performing of legal and administrative work in state and local government and self-government; independent performing of legal work in economic organizations; independent performing of legal work in diplomatic and consular service; performing and managing other work in economy, state and local government and self-government; performing independent scientific work.

The student can continue his/her education within the Postgraduate Specialist Study Programme or Doctoral Study Programme of Law, or other related study programme under the conditions for the enrolment into the respective study programme.
