Lifelong learning

Due to dynamic character of some branches of law, in recent years teachers and researchers of the Faculty have been showing strong interest in development and delivery of lifelong learning programmes, guided by the idea that challenges of legal profession in specific area of law have to be answered by renewal of the acquired knowledge and by offering new knowledge and skills. These programmes represent a successful connection of academic community and applied professions. Foreign language teachers of the Faculty are particularly active in delivery of lifelong learning programmes. These programmes are not only recognised in academic and wider social community for their high quality contents, but are financially profitable as well. Within lifelong learning education we would highlight the courses English for Lawyers, English for EU-Law, International Legal English, Deutsch für Juristen, and programmes Professional Training for Lawyer Linguists and Interdisciplinary Professional Training Communication with the Child in Judiciary.
