Brief Course Description

The Law of Execution is taught as a mandatory course at the fifth year of legal studies within the Civil Law Module. The students are provided with an overview of the legal rules concerning the procedure in which courts and notaries public conduct involuntary collection of claims on the basis of enforcement title documents and trustworthy documents and the procedure in which courts and notaries public conduct the securing of claims. 

This course taught only in Croatian language.
