Explains the reason for termination of the joint stock company. Explains the liquidation of joint stock company. Reviews the provisions of the law of joint stock company in Croatian Law. Solves the problems arising from the joint stock company. Describe the concept of joint limited company and to distinguish them from other partnerships and companies. To explains the organs of limited partnership and to explains the concept of shareholder in a limited partnership. To explains the rights and obligations of the partners in a limited partnership. Explains the liquidation of limited company. Explains the liquidation of limited company. Interpret limited liability company regulations and to solve problems regarding limited liability company. Special attention will be given to directors duties and responsibilities in both types of companies as well as to other relevant issues.
