“Događaj usmjeren na podizanje svijesti o potencijalu digitalizacije za visoko obrazovanje“
On 30th November 2022, the University of Osijek hosted a national multiplier event titled “Događaj usmjeren na podizanje svijesti o potencijalu digitalizacije za visoko obrazovanje“. The event was organized under the auspices of the DIGinLaw project with the purpose to present the Project, mainly developed Massive Open Online Courses – MOOCs.
Also, as part of the Event, a discussion was held with education stakeholders (at all levels), as well as the public and non-governmental sector and potential employers about the possibilities and potential of using digital technologies in higher education, adult education, i.e. formal and informal education.
The participants of the Event, on behalf of the dean of the Faculty of Law Osijek, were greeted by the vice dean Prof. Ante Novokmet, while the DIGinLaw project was presented by project coordinator Prof. Mirela Župan.
The event was divided into two sessions during which interesting presentations were held, followed by an academic discussion on the potential of digitization for higher education.
Without diminishing the importance of the other participants of the event, we single out the presentation by Prof. Mirela Župan on Digital education / e-learning; and presentation by Prof. Paula Poretti on the topic Digitization of lifelong education – unused potential?
