The goal of this course is to make students aware of the basic issues of the European company law and corporate governance.

List of the covered topics: European company law – harmonization and free movement, treaty provisions, the right of establishment, free movement of capital, landmark rulings of the European court of Justice, the harmonizing directives and regulations in the field of company law, European rules on corporate governance.

For the moment this course is reserved for incoming (international) students.
