| Course content |
During the course the students will be introduced to the historical perspective of the development of latin public notary service, up to the contemporary regulation. The students will be able to critically analyse the organisational and functional public notary law, interpret and conclude on the current regulation of public notary service and its effect. The emphasis is on the ability of the students to interpret and conclude on the application of the regulatory framework and procedures relevant for business transactions. |
