The Doctoral Study Programme of Law

Programme

General Information:

The Doctoral Study Programme of Law lasts for 3 years or 6 semesters.

It is completed by defending a doctoral dissertation, upon which the doctoral candidate is awarded the degree of the Doctor of Science (PhD /dr. sc.).

Total number of ECTS credits attained during the Doctoral Studies is 180, which are distributed in 60 ECTS per year.

Apart from compulsory courses (two courses of methodological character) and elective courses, research seminars and research papers are introduced in accordance with personal interests of the candidates.

Within this structure, candidates are offered flexibility in their choice of study contents and in development of their individual academic profile.

Scolarship

The full scolarship for Doctoral Study is 8 175,72 €.
Scholarship can be paid at once or in installments upon enrollment each year.
