The Faculty of Law Osijek was founded in 1975 and it is one of the oldest units of Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek. Organizational units of the Faculty are: chairs, Legal clinics, Library and Secretariat. The Faculty has 12 chairs, as the basic organizational units of the Faculty which perform teaching, scientific and expert activities and three legal clinics: Law and Economics Clinic, Legal Clinic Osijek PRO BONO and Green Legal Clinic. Its educational offer is composed of Master course in Law, Bachelor and Master courses in Social Work, PhD course in Law, Public administration study programme, three specialist programmes (human rights, business law and business transactions and criminal law) and three life-long learning programmes (Information and communication technologies in law, A child in the judiciary, Lawyer linguists). So far, the Faculty has implemented 34 international projects, among them 23 EU funded projects (cross-boarder cooperation programmes, Erasmus+ programme, Justice programme, Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values Programme). The Faculty is a member of five European, one regional and one national association.
