Boriana Musseva

Boriana Musseva has been teaching private international law at Sofia University since 2005. In 2007, she obtained an educational and scientific doctorate degree, and since 2015 she has been an associate professor. Since 2018 she is Head of the Department of International Law and International Relations at the Faculty of Law.  She is author of a number of publications on private international law. She is also a lawyer with the Sofia bar association, Chairman of the Center for the Training of Lawyers „Dr. Krastyo Tsonchev“, external expert at the Ministry of Justice, Chairman of the Committee on Civil Legal Affairs, Brussels IIa format, during the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU in 2018, founder of the Bulgarian Association for European Law, chairman of the Institute of Private International Law.

Tsvetelina Dimitrova

In 2018, Tsvetelina defended her dissertation on "Methods for settlement of investment disputes" at the Faculty of Law of SU and acquired the educational and scientific degree "doctor". Since 2019, Tsvetelina is senior  assistant professor in the Department of "International Law and International Relations" at SU, where she teaches in “Private International Law" for students majoring in "Law" and "International Relations", teaches the disciplines "International Business Negotiation " and "Foreign Investment Law" in Master's programs at SU, as well as the discipline "International Investment Law" for Erasmus students. Tsvetelina is a member of the management board of the "Institute of International Private Law"; lecturer in the "Course to prepare for the bar and junior barristers' exam", coach of student teams representing SU at the international law competition - PAX Moot.
