The right to health Historical development Contemporary principles of public health The conflict between the autonomy/dignity of the individual and the common good International Law and Organizations Promoting Public Health Domestic legal regulations The role of social workers in realizing the right to health |
Course learning outcomes |
1. Adopt knowledge from social, humanistic, biomedical and other sciences regarding this category of rights; and think critically about them; 2. Advocate the human right to health in everyday life; 3. Get involved in public debates related to the creation of public health policies and strategies; 4. Apply relevant international documents and domestic regulations in accordance with the principles of social work; 5. Evaluate existing public health policies and their results., |
