| Course content |
Types and characteristics of out-of-court settlement of family disputes; Process, stages, and content of family mediation; Voluntariness and confidentiality of family mediation; Goals of family mediation, conditions and methods of conducting the family mediation procedure in the social welfare system; Family mediation standards; Legal significance of the agreements reached in the family mediation procedure; Family mediation in cases of violence between family members; The role of the lawyer in the family mediation procedure; Participation and protection of the child in the family mediation process. |
