| Course content |
Certain institutes of the general part of Criminal law in economic crimes (accessory, a responsible person as perpetrator, causation, guarantor position in economic crimes committed by inaction, extreme necessity, abrratioons, specific sanctions...etc.). Individual economic offences and their mutual relationship. |
| Course learning outcomes |
After completing the course, the student will be able to: 1. Analyze individual factual situations of criminal offenses from judicial practice, 2. to compare possible solutions to selected controversial issues related to factual situations, 3. Check your knowledge of criminal substantive and procedural law on practical examples, 4. Discuss the problem issue in front of fellow students and think critically, 5. Take and argue your position on certain issues, |
