Historical part; methods of solving sports disputes; international and domestic sports arbitration rules; recognition and enforcement of sports decisions. |
| Course learning outcomes |
Recognize and differentiate between the legal situation that falls under the special rules of sports law, use methods and ways to solve the sports legal situation, distinguish between domestic and foreign arbitration and sports arbitration, determine the jurisdiction to resolve sports disputes, master the way of conducting the procedure for the recognition and enforcement of decisions in sports cases, |
