COURSE DESCRIPTION
Course content

The aim of the course is to teach students the basics of Latin syntax and morphology, basic legal terminology of Latin origin and legal sayings in the field of family, civil, civil procedural, criminal, criminal procedural, international and private international law.

Course learning outcomes

read and write Latin texts, apply the basics of Latin grammar, distinguish the basic legal concepts of civil, civil procedural, criminal, criminal, procedural, international and private international law and explain their genesis, apply basic Latin legal terminology in written text, translate and explain certain words and Latin legal phrases, analyze the content of legal principles in Roman legal phrases,

ADDITIONAL FACTS
All students without prerequisites can be enrolled in the course, but students who have not studied Latin in high school for at least two years are required to attend it.
