1. Rationalisation of government - legislative vs executive elements of government, 2. Constitutional law (material and procedural elements), 3. Characteristics and functioning of the parliament, 4. Legislative function of the parliament, 5. Constitutional procedural law development, 6. Constitutionalism and judicial activism, 7. Constitutionalism and judicial activism in making and developing a new, European legal setting, 8. Constitutional control of laws, 9. New European democracies and judicial activism, 10. Judicial activism and constitutional court procedure in the Republic of Croatia |
