| Course content |
The Law of Execution is taught as a mandatory course in the fifth year of legal studies within the Civil Law Module. The students are provided with an analysis of the legal rules concerning the procedure in which courts and notaries public conduct involuntary debt collection on the basis of enforcement title documents and trustworthy documents. Students are also apprised of the procedure in which courts and notaries public conduct the securing of claims. This course is taught in Croatian language. |
