Course learning outcomes

define, explain and distinguish basic procedural concepts and institutes, distinguish and compare different models of judicial supervision of the administration, differentiate and connect the theoretical settings of individual institutes with practical examples, describe the course of the administrative procedure and the administrative dispute, systematically and meaningfully argue points of view on a given topic/area of discussion, analyze and correctly interpret individual legal provisions for the respective special administrative areas and process institutes, analyze the relevant judicial practice of the administrative courts of the Republic of Croatia and the practice of public law bodies,
