| Course content |
Legal German discourse and terminology analysis as regards the texts Die Bundesrepublik Deutschland als föderativer Staat, Die Grundrechte im deutschen Grundgesetz, Die Europäische Menschenrechtskonvention. The rules of formation and usage of passives (Zustands- und Vorgangspassiv), object clauses, construction "sein+zu+infinitive" and modal verbs with active and passive infinitives are dealt with. |

distinguish legal German text from that in general language , apply appropriate legal terminology in spoken and written communication , prove understanding of legal texts by answering questions, translating and retelling , correct application of grammatical and lexical structures typical for the German language of the legal profession in the field of government structure in the Federal Republic of Germany, fundamental rights and legal protection system. , independently analyze the legal German text, identify key words and write a summary of the text, |
