define goods of general interest (goods of general use), list and explain certain types of goods of general interest (goods of general use), describe the course of creation and termination of public property and the procedure of management and use of special property (water resources, agricultural land and forests and woodlands), explain the procedure of supervision and protection of water resources, agricultural land and forests and forest lands, explain and distinguish between ownership legal regulation and administrative-legal restrictions on ownership of goods of general interest in general and in particular with regard to water assets, agricultural land and forests and forest land, |

Students are obliged to attend classes regularly with active participation (if the mentioned optional subject is enrolled by a large number (more than 10) of students, otherwise the classes are consultative). Attendance and participation of 70% in class are prerequisites for signing signatures as duly completed student obligations. In the case of a longer period of inability to attend classes, students are obliged to justify their absences to the relevant professor. In exceptional situations and when justified, classes and exams will be held online using available platforms (ZOOM, Merlin, Microsoft Teams, Moodle). |
