COURSE DESCRIPTION
Course content

Pripremiti i osposobiti studente za unapređenje i poboljšanje komunikacijskih i prezentacijskih vještina, razumijevanje, usvajanje te sažeto usmeno (pismeno) izlaganje relevantnih i ključnih informacija/podataka iz odabranih područja upravnog prava i uprave. Upoznati studente sa osnovnim načelima i načinima akademskog pisanja i izrade seminarskih radova, pravilnog pretraživanja dostupnih izvora (znanstvene literature) i citiranja, uz proučavanje izabranih instituta upravnog prava te zakonskih propisa za odgovarajuća posebna upravna područja. Cilj je kod studenata postaviti temelje pravnog rasuđivanja, usmenog i pismenog izražavanja te smislenog argumentiranja vlastitih stajališta.

ADDITIONAL FACTS
Students are obliged to regularly attend seminar classes with active participation. Attendance and participation of 70% in the seminar classes are prerequisites for the distribution of signatures as properly completed student obligations and the possibility of taking the exam early. In the case of a longer period of inability to attend classes, students are obliged to justify their absences to the seminar leader. Students are required to prepare a written seminar paper and present it orally through a presentation and related attachments for the purpose of organizing work in groups. In exceptional situations and when justified, seminar classes will be held online using available platforms (ZOOM, Merlin, Microsoft Teams, Moodle).
