Course content |
By attending seminars in the History of Administration course, students deepen their acquired knowledge about the origin and development of certain legal systems and institutions throughout history. It is also intended that students acquire knowledge about the development of individual state systems through various forms of social arrangements. Studying the above on the examples of countries that have left a significant mark in world history and applying the comparative method, students also acquire basic knowledge about legal systems, forms of state organization, the structure of individual states, and about individual legal institutes in their first forms, as well as their development course. from the second millennium BC to the twentieth century.. Also, by comparing individual systems and individual exemplary and characteristic countries, students gain insight into the advantages and disadvantages of some of them, and try to understand the causes of this. |
