| Course content |
After taking the course Archives, students will learn to define the term and task of archival and auxiliary historical sciences, define the term and role of archives, types of archives, point out the tasks of modern archives and learn to use archival materials for the purpose of finding and using sources. |

Define basic archival terms., Describe and analyze the history of the archive and the development of the archive service., Explain the organization and way of working of archival services., Compare the advantages and disadvantages of individual archival institutes., Independently search and collect archival materials for the purpose of finding and using sources., |
