Course content |
The following topics are studied in the subject course / During the duration of the course, the professor will: 1. To present and interpret the systems of office operations in the Republic of Croatia and their importance for quality performance of the main tasks affairs in administrative bodies (bodies) and expert services of the Parliament and the Government of the Republic of Croatia, the Office of the President of the Republic and other state bodies, and in the services of local and regional self-government units and legal entities which have public powers; 2. To present and analyze the organizational structure of the office and library as parts of the body and services in which usually conducts office business; 3. Define and explain the basic terms and principles of office business; 4. To present and explain diagrams of actions or procedures through which office business in state administration bodies takes place and other bodies of the Republic of Croatia; 5. Demonstrate on practical examples and in a real administrative environment the course of office business in to the selected administrative body and to show and indicate the importance of office business as a set of prescribed actions for performing the main tasks and tasks of administrative and other state bodies. |
