| Course content |
The objective of the course Introduction to the system of human rights is, first, to develop a general understanding about human rights - what they are, types of rights, how they came to be and the mechanics and procedures aimed at their protection. The second objective is to give an overview of the legal and institutional framework for human rights protection in the Republic of Croatia, as well as point out today's global challenges in their protection and the possibilities for further human rights development in the near future. |
