Definition of persons with disabilities; Types of disability; Legal sources of the protection of persons with disabilities; Principles and standards of legal protection; International sources of legal protection; Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities; Individual rights of persons with disabilities guaranteed at the international level; The position of persons with disabilities in family and family procedural law; Review of jurisprudence on the protection of the rights of persons with disabilities. |
