| Course content |
Objectives of the course: 1. introducing students to the rules of writing seminar papers 2. deepening the knowledge gained at lectures on the development of the Croatian legal system and legal cultures 3. introducing students to concrete legal thinking through the analysis of simpler legal regulations and analysis of simpler cases from legal practice 4. encouraging critical thinking towards the modern legal system 5. training of students for independent presentation in front of a large number of listeners |

write a seminar paper, demonstrate the correct way of quoting and writing of seminar papers, independently present a selected topic related to the content of the course History of the Croatian Law and State , discuss the selected topic in an argumentative manner, argue the good and bad sides of individual solutions in Croatian historical development and compare the argumentation with the contemporary situation and problems, solve simpler cases from legal practice, |
