Law of obligations in general: (Introduction; Types of obligations, Conclusion of contracts, Types of contracts; Strengthening of obligations; Changes in obligations; Operation of the contract; Termination of obligations) Contracts (Contracts on the transfer of things and rights; Contracts on the use of things; Contracts on services; Partnership contract) Non-contractual relations (Liability for damages; acquisition without legal basis, management of anther's business without a mandate, unilateral declaration of will: public promise of reward) |

identify the position of civil law and law of obligations within the legal system of the Republic of Croatia, identify certain institutes of civil law common to all parts of civil law and identify institutes of law of obligations, demonstrate the position and the mutual relations of certain intsitutes of civil law in general and institutes of law of obligation, analyze certain obligatory legal relations (contractual and non-contractual), explain certain civil law and law of obligations relations and link them with real-life situations, |
