| COURSE DESCRIPTION |

| Course content |
The student prepares a written seminar on a given topic and presents it to the other students, who then solve practical tasks (case study) through group work. The solutions of the tasks are then critically analyzed with the teacher and the rest of the seminar group. |

make a seminar paper, demonstrate the correct way of qouting literature and writing seminar papers, independently make a presentation on a selected topic related to the content of the course Roman Private Law, discuss with arguments on a topic related to the content of the course Roman Private Law, interconnect legal institutes from different parts of the course material, apply basic Roman legal principles in case study, compare the meaning of Roman legal solutions in relation to contemporary law, |
