| Course content |
The aim of the seminar is to train students to apply the acquired theoretical knowledge from the Commercial Law subject to concrete facts and legal cases; training students to draft commercial contracts and other submissions; acquiring knowledge about the ways and methods of resolving commercial disputes; training students to search online databases (professional literature, e-justice, etc.) familiarization with modern business transactions through instruments and methods of securing payment. |
