| Course content |
Within this course students will: 1. gain knowledge about the history of company law and the relationship between company law and other branches of law 2.understand the concept and main notions in company law 3. learn about main types of companies and understand benefits and shortcomings of each company 4. distinguish between different forms of mergers 5. learn about companies liquidation and bankruptcy procceedings. |
