1. INTRODUCTION The concept of international law. Divisions of international law. Legal nature of international law. Sources of international law. Codification of international law. History and development of science of international law. 2. SUBJECTS OF INTERNATIONAL LAW States. Individual in international law. International organisms. Insurgents and liberation movements. Dependency relationships. Permanent neutrality. The Holy See and the Vatican City State. 3. OBJECTS OF INTERNATIONAL LAW State territory. Borders. Rivers. Sea. International canals. Airspace. Space. ADDITIONAL FACTS |

Students are obliged to be present and active in class to a certain extent while performing additional activities such as writing essays and participating in projects. At the end of the semester, students must pass the final exam, which consists of a written and an oral part. Students who participate in the continuous monitoring of knowledge through colloquia during the semester are exempt from the written part of the exam. |
