Tunjica Petrašević, PhD, Full Professor, participated in the 16th International Scientific and Professional Conference “Development of Public Administration,” held in Šibenik from 21 to 22 May 2026, organized by the Polytechnic of Šibenik and the “Lavoslav Ružička” Polytechnic in Vukovar. On that occasion, he presented a scientific paper entitled “Actions for Failure to Fulfil an Obligation under EU Law, with Particular Reference to Proceedings Brought against the Republic of Croatia.” The paper was published in the Proceedings of the 16th International Conference “Development of Public Administration,” Šibenik, 21–22 May 2026, published by the “Lavoslav Ružička” Polytechnic in Vukovar, pp. 564–585.
