Od 25. do 26. travnja 2024. u organizaciji Europske akademske mreže za prava djece (Children’s Rights European Academic Network – CREAN) u Ženevi je održana konferencija „Collaborative Research in Children’s Rights – Fostering Dialogue Between Academia and Society“ – „gradu CREAN-a“. Na konferenciji su sudjelovali članovi Katedre obiteljskog prava Pravnog fakulteta Osijek izv. prof. dr. sc. Nataša Lucić i asistent Matko Guštin, mag. iur.
U prvom dijelu konferencije asistent Matko Guštin održao je izlaganje pod naslovom „The child as (active) participant in the adoption procedure“. U drugom dijelu konferencije, izv. prof. dr. sc. Nataša Lucić i asistent Matko Guštin predstavljali su Interdisciplinarni program cjeloživotnog obrazovanja Pravnog fakulteta Osijek „Dijete u pravosuđu“.
Također, tijekom konferencije održala se Skupština CREAN-a na kojoj su sudjelovali članovi Katedre obiteljskog prava, budući da je Pravni fakultet Osijek od 2016. godine član CREAN-a.
From 25 to 26 April 2024, the Children’s Rights European Academic Network (CREAN) conference “Collaborative Research in Children’s Rights – Fostering Dialogue Between Academia and Society” was held in Geneva, „city of CREAN“. The conference was attended by members of the Department of Family Law of the Faculty of Law Osijek, associate professor Nataša Lucić, Ph.D. and teaching assistant Matko Guštin, LL.M.
In the first part of the conference, teaching assistant Matko Guštin participated with a presentation “The child as (active) participant in the adoption procedure”. In the second part of the conference, associate professor Nataša Lucić, Ph.D. and teaching assistant Matko Guštin presented the Interdisciplinary Lifelong Education Program of the Faculty of Law Osijek “Child in Justice System”.
Also, during the conference, the General Assembly of CREAN was held, in which members of the Department of Family Law participated, since the Faculty of Law Osijek has been a member of CREAN since 2016.
