Članovi Katedre obiteljskog prava Pravnog fakulteta Osijek sudjelovali su kao predavači na prvoj ELSA Zimskoj školi prava na Pravnom fakultetu Osijek (Winter Elsa Law School – WELS 2025). Središnja tema zimske škole bila je „Human Rights and Protection of Marginalised Social Groups“.
Članovi Katedre održali su predavanja s temama:
- prof. dr. sc. Branka Rešetar – The link between European family law and European human rights protection,
- izv. prof. dr. sc. Nataša Lucić – Protection of the child’s right to know origin de lege lata and de lege ferenda,
- Matko Guštin, univ. mag. iur., asistent – Adoption in the case law of the European Court of Human Rights.
Members of the Department of Family Law, Faculty of Law Osijek, participated as lecturers at the first ELSA Winter Law School at the Faculty of Law Osijek (Winter Elsa Law School – WELS 2025). The central topic of winter school was “Human Rights and Protection of Marginalised Social Groups”.
