Professor Mirela Župan participated in the 19th World Conference of the International Society of Family Law (ISFL), held from 9 to 12 September 2026 at Pîrî Reis University in Istanbul, Türkiye. At the conference, entitled “Family Law & Vulnerability”, Professor Župan delivered a presentation entitled “Patriarchal Family Structures and Cross-Border Child Abduction and Relocation”, addressing the issue of patriarchal family structures in the context of international child abduction and cross-border relocation.
