Dijete u pravosuđu
Pravni fakultet Osijek jedini u Republici Hrvatskoj provodi poseban interdisciplinarni program cjeloživotnog obrazovanja u području zaštite procesnih prava djeteta i komunikacije s djetetom koji uključuje teorijska predavanja i praktične vježbe. Završetkom programa polaznik stječe Sveučilišni certifikat o stručnoj osposobljenosti u području zaštite procesnih prava djeteta i komunikacije s djetetom te 10 ECTS bodova.
Kao izvoditelj ovog Programa, Pravni fakultet Osijek je 2016. godine postao članicom akademskog udruženja Children’s Rights European Academic Network (CREAN) koji ujedinjuje više od 30 europskih sveučilišta i ima za cilj ojačati i unaprijediti interdisciplinarni pristup zaštiti dječjih prava, kakav je upravo kroz ovaj Program razvio Pravni fakultet Osijek.

The Faculty of Law Osijek is the only law faculty in the Republic of Croatia that offers a special interdisciplinary lifelong education program in the field of protecting the procedural rights of children and communication with them, which includes lectures and practical exercises. Upon completion of the Program, the participant acquires a University Certificate of Professional Qualification in the field of protection of the procedural rights of the child and communication with the child, as well as 10 ECTS credits.
In 2016, the Faculty of Law Osijek became a member of the academic association Children’s Rights European Academic Network (CREAN), which unites more than 30 European universities and aims to strengthen and improve the interdisciplinary approach to the protection of children’s rights, which was developed by the Faculty of Law Osijek through this Programme.
