The Faculty of Law Osijek hosted CEEPUS visiting professors Boban Misoski and Ilija Rumenov from the Iustinianus Primus Faculty of Law, St. Cyril and Methodius University from Skopje.
In the week from 4 till 8 September 2023, professors Misoski and Rumenov gave lectures to our doctoral students on the following topics:
Confiscation, contemporary trends, and social reuse of confiscation
The architecture of legal sources in private international law (with emphasis on bilateral agreements).
