COURSE DESCRIPTION
Course content

Concept and object of study of statistics. Data sources and data collection methods. Stages of statistical method work. Statistical tabulation. Graphical display of nominal and ordinal series. Relative numbers of qualitative series. Numeric strings. Graphical representation of numerical sequences. Mean values. Arithmetic mean. Median. Mod. Time series analysis. Index method. Individual indexes of permanent base. Chain indexes. Recalculation Linear trend. Information technology and law. Cybernetics. General system theory. Information theory. Management theory. The emergence of legal informatics: jurisprudence, application of legal informatics. Areas of application of legal informatics and information law. Types and historical development of computers. The subject of the right to information. Subjects of the right to information. Constitutional law as a source of the right to information. Commodity character of the information. Public information and telecommunications (media). Legal information and state information system. Legal information systems: Information systems; Construction of legal information systems; Comparative review of legal information systems. Legal informatics and administrative law. Computerization of administration.

Expected learning outcomes for the subject 1. Define the basic concepts of statistics 2. Define, describe and analyze phenomena from the public administration system using quantitative and qualitative expressions 3. Recognize the type of variables 4.
