To recognize the position of civil law in the legal system of the Republic of Croatia. , To identify certain general institutes of civil law. , To demonstrate the position and mutual relations of the general institutes of civil law. , To analyze individual real law, mandatory law and inheritance law institutes. , To interpret individual civil law relationships and connect them with situations in real life.),
