Životopis:

Rođen sam u Osijeku 4. studenog 1982. Diplomirao sam na Pravnom fakultetu u Osijeku. Doktorirao sam na Pravnom fakultetu u Zagrebu, obranivši temu "Teoretsko opravdanje, pravna priroda i pravni učinak dobrovoljnog odustanka od pokušaja u hrvatskom kaznenom pravu". Položio sam pravosudni ispit s posebnom pohvalom za 96 ostvarenih bodova. U više navrata sam se usavršavao na uglednim znanstvenim institucijama u inozemstvu (Kina, SAD, Njemačka, Velika Britanija, Španjolska).

I was born in Osijek on 4th Nov 1982. I have graduated at the Faculty of Law Osijek and defended PhD thesis titled "Theoretical Justification, Legal Nature and Legal Effect of Voluntary Abandonment of Criminal Attempt in Croatian Criminal Law" at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb. I have passed Croatian bar exam cum laude (96 points). In several occasions I was awarded with fellowships for research stay at distinguished scientific institutions in Europe, China and the U.S.
