Upoznaju se pravila tvorbe riječi u njemačkom jeziku s naglaskom na formama tipičnim za jezik struke. Daje se pregled složenih gramatičkih struktura i pravila slaganja glagolskih vremena u području pogodbenih rečenica, indirektnih upitnih rečenica te imenskih i glagolskih fraza tipičnih za njemački jezik prava. Temeljito se obrađuju oblici konjunktiva kao strukture nepoznate u hrvatskom jeziku koja je potrebna za tvobu pogodbenih rečenica kao tipičnih za komunikciju u pravnome diskursu.
